What size bandana should I choose?
Our size chart has specific measurements that can help you choose the right size for your pet. Make sure you take into account your pet's fur and how quickly it grows. Please increase the size if you are not sure of the size.
What's in the dog treats that you include in the packages?
The apple and cinnamon dog cookies from Good Woof Bakery are made with all-natural ingredients that include: Apple, Cinnamon, Oat Flour, Eggs and Honey.
What happens if I make a mistake when placing an order?
We are happy to be able to help you. We can always help you edit an order or cancel it so that you can place a new one. Just be sure to contact us immediately before we buy a shipping label. Once we have purchased a shipping label, we will not be able to make any changes.
Can I cancel an order?
Absolutely. We can always cancel an order if a shipping label has not been purchased from us. Be sure to contact us immediately, as we try to send you your items as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
Our processing time is 7-10 business days, for multiple personalized products up to 14 days.
The processing time is not the same as the shipping time. We try to send your items as soon as possible. However, our processing time depends on how many orders we are working with.
Return Policy
At the moment we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
We recommend that you carefully measure your pet's neck before placing an order.
If there is any problem with your order, contact us at info@dagafluff.com. We will only change an item if it arrived damaged and all changes must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Keep in mind that our products are handmade and there will not be two identical pieces. Our pieces are unique and tailor-made for you.
